HIP-DB data dump
The zip file below contains all available data from the most recent version of HIP-DB. There are 8 text files which contain pre-filtered nucleotide sequence datasets for each of the 8 gene fragments that make up the database.
Each file therefore contains a single nucleotide sequence for every Endopterygotan species for which a DNA sequence is available on GenBank.
Also included is an excel spreadsheet which contains a translation of all codenames used in the database to the full species name.
